We are seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool and Daycare Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher with Cactus Club Subs, you will play a crucial role in maintaining classroom continuity and ensuring a positive learning experience for children when their regular teachers are unavailable. We serve schools all over the Valley. You will quickly adapt to various educational environments and provide dedicated support that aligns with each center's curriculum and values. This is a part-time position that allows you to accept shifts when they work in your schedule. Responsibilities - Support Learning Environments: Step into diverse classrooms, engage with students, and provide guidance in the absence of the regular teacher. - Implement Lesson Plans: Execute lesson plans and classroom activities as provided, ensuring educational objectives are met. - Ensure Safety and Well-Being: Create a safe, nurturing, and comfortable environment for children, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. - Foster Relationships: Collaborate effectively with center staff, fostering a supportive atmosphere dedicated to children's development. - Model Professionalism: Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing the Cactus Club Subs brand positively at all times. - Positive Attitude + Adaptability: Maintain an optimistic and encouraging demeanor. Adapt to various educational settings with a willingness to learn and grow in diverse educational settings. Why Join Cactus Club Subs? Flexible Scheduling: Choose your own schedule and work at various childcare centers in the valley. The minimum schedule is 4 hours and can go up to 8 hours. It's up to you if you want to accept the job! The only monthly job minimum we request is 2 shifts per month, but we are flexible when there is open communication.
