We are a warm and busy family in Phoenix seeking a compassionate and proactive part-time nanny to assist with our two children: a 4-year-old and a 3-month-old. Our goal is to find someone who can provide attentive care to our children and support our household's daily routines. Responsibilities: Infant Care: Provide attentive care to our 3-month-old, including feeding, diaper changes, and facilitating nap times. Toddler Engagement: Engage our 4-year-old in age-appropriate activities, assist with after-school routines, and occasional transportation to activities. Household Support: Perform light housekeeping such as tidying play areas, laundry, dishes, taking out trash, and simple meal preparation. Occasional errands (such as returns, grocery trips, etc). Qualifications: takes initiative, extremely reliable, takes role seriously
