Part Time Nanny For One Year Old Boy

Looking for someone who especially loves little ones/toddlers. We have had a part time nanny since he was 5 months but she is graduating college and moving. My 1-year-old son loves to play and is as sweet as can be! We would love someone who can stay with our growing family more long term. My husband and I have flexible work schedules and just need some help 3-4 hours per day, 2-3 days per week. We are flexible on start date as well as which specific days and hours! Just want to find the right fit. We also have two rescue pups in the home who are sweet and will not need to be cared for by nanny.
