About the job
Hello! We a family looking for a date night sitter for our two children. Our 11 mo son is a sweet sensitive bundle of joy and our 10 yo daughter is sweet, silly, creative and pretty self-sufficient. Must have a background in child development as that makes for a better care experience and are experienced in positive discipline techniques (not that our son needs it yet but he is getting closer to being a toddler lol). Also we follow the no screens before 2 approach (and minimal screentime beyond 2) so must be comfortable following that. Minimal meal prep, boxed Mac and cheese at most. Hoping for at least 2 date nights/month, average 3-4 hours. For now the hours would start in the afternoon but as my son gets better at bedtimes we may do nighttime dates. Weekend days most often but may occasionally need a weekday. Two cats both friendly:)
