About the job
I work from home and am looking for childcare for my son who will be 4 months old in mid-May. Target number of hours weekly is 20-30. An ideal day would be playing and interacting with him, reading books, tummy time, feeding, putting down for naps, and comforting him. I am currently using the Moms on Call schedule as a guide along with wake window guidance cues; I plan to continue to use it for my son. I work from home full time, but on slower days or when I am free, I will be interacting with my son as well, so I am looking for someone that would be comfortable with that. The hours are a starting basis and I will see how my son does on his schedule and with my work demands. Job tasks would also include light cleaning such as the babies laundry, cleaning bottles/pump parts, cleaning the babies room, and keeping common areas neat.
