We are looking for someone with a reliable car that can help with the infant at home during the day and then pickup the 4-year-old and take him to/from activities in the afternoon. My husband and I both work from home so will be around to help balance out newborn + 4-year-old. Our 4-year-old LOVES to play and ideally this nanny will take him to the park, on small adventures, and want to play just as enthusiastically as he does. Our newborn is great and loves to be snuggled!
