Looking For An Experienced, High Nurture Nanny To Care For Our 3mo Daughter For 30hr Per Week

We are looking for 30-36 hours of care per week, likely a M-Thu 8-5 schedule. We are looking for a high nurture individual as we don't believe in letting our daughter "cry it out". We don't like screens or too much time in containers, and instead prefer floor time, books and activities.
