Nanny Needed For My Children In Phoenix.

Looking for a reliable sitter/nanny to watch my 2-year-old son on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon at our home while I work from home. Currently looking for 6-8 hours a week, approximately 1:30-5:30 p.m. two days a week. It would be great if there is flexibility to sometimes pick up extra shifts or swap days. I am looking for someone who loves to play outdoors and create games, with experience with toddlers. They should lean towards Montessori style activities and learning, and feel strongly that child should not be left alone to cry out their feelings. Nap time will be over (mornings with grandma!), so you get to just play with a delightful little human - how does it get better than that?
