Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Phoenix

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 3 children. We are looking for care after school. You would pick up the boys from school, take them to their activities and bring them home. Light housework and overseeing homework is also involved. The boys are really sweet and very active so we are looking for someone who can match their energy. We would like someone who can play outside with the boys and who will be fun for them to play with after school. They love sports and puzzles and games. They don't spend a lot of time of iPads or video games so we are looking for someone who won't be on their phone while they are working but will be ready to play and be active with them. We travel as a family a lot and we would be interested in someone who would want to travel with us.
