I need someone to get my oldest daughter up for school dressed, and taken to school. She will also need to be picked up. I also have a baby who will be about 3 months and I need someone to care for her throughout the day while I'm at work until I get home from work. I'm a nurse I work 3 12hour shifts however my start times vary as do my days of the week. I will know my days I work. 4 weeks out but my start times I will not know until the night before I work. The start times can be anywhere from 5:30, 6, 6:30, 7, 8 and 9.
