Full Time Nanny Needed Starting 1-16

Hi everyone, My wife and I are looking for a full time nanny for our almost 4-month-old baby boy. We tried day care this past week and it was a nightmare. We feel at home care (our house) is the best for a 3. 5-month-old. Being punctual is a must, my wife and I have a very tight window in the morning's. I do want to add on occasion if my wife does not have cases, she will be home around mid day. The 28 hours a week is not guaranteed, it can be anywhere from 24-28 a week but this will be a long term position. My wife will insist he stays on his current sleep schedule, naps and bottle every 2 hours, plenty of playing, hugs and tummy time, reading. We are urgently trying to fill this position.
