I am a pilot that is on call 18 days a month. Some months I work 4 days, Sometimes I work 15 or so. When I am gone it will be anywhere from 12 hours to 4 days, eventually I will have a set schedule working roughly 15 days a month. I need someone that can be on call. I will know well in advance which days they will be on call. They would need to be able to get to my house within 2 hours on those days.
