When I go back to work, my baby will be 12 weeks old. I need someone who is confident with very young infants and is very experienced. I work from home 3 weeks out of the month so I will be home but I have to be able to focus. However I can take small breaks if any help is needed. I will need someone to be able to bottle feed, change diapers, do tummy time and put down for naps. I try to follow a schedule for my son so it's pretty simple!
