Nanny Needed For My Child In Phoenix.

Looking for care for our newborn as my maternity leave comes to an end. My schedule is a little more permanent, but my husbands tends to vary. This makes finding a nanny more beneficial than your standard daycare. Our daughter is S and she will be 11 weeks old when we are requesting care. As she gets older, there will be more of a schedule for her care, but right now just focused on feeding, sleeping and awake time based on her cues. We are looking for someone who we can hopefully grow a relationship with and who will stick around long term during these early years.
