Care for Business Caregiver Program is a team of qualified caregivers that provide in-home childcare to families whose regular childcare has fallen through. As a member of this team, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and care of the children for each job in which you have been placed. We book your childcare jobs based on your experience and availability. Jobs typically fall between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Caregivers commit to an ongoing schedule of at least 1 WEEKDAY. Backup Caregivers are expected to commit to three - six consecutive months of service minimum. What You'll Need to Succeed: Must be 18 years or older Minimum of 1 weekday availability to work Minimum of 1 year of in-home childcare experience Minimum of 2 professional childcare references, or 1 long-term family reference Reliable transportation to reach families' homes Authorized to work in the United States Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid Required (will provide reimbursement for certification)
