Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Phoenix

I'm a first-time mom to an almost 3-month-old baby girl and just returned to my remote job. Balancing work with caring for my baby has been challenging, so I'm looking for a caregiver to help out 2-3 days a week for about 4 hours each day in my home. You'll have full access to the downstairs area and the nursery while you're here, and I have two dogs. Since I exclusively pump/breastfeed, there will always be a steady supply of bottles on hand. I don't have an exact schedule yet, as I'll receive my work hours by the end of November. I'm seeking a female caregiver with experience caring for young infants who is patient, dependable, and modern-minded. We're an outgoing, fun-loving family, so a warm, bubbly personality would be a great fit! Please, no discussions of politics or religion. We will also have cameras in the downstairs area.
