They're not on a strict schedule but both my girls drink a bottle of milk right when they wake up toddler (whole milk) baby (formula + every 3-4hrs). -Breakfast. -Outdoor play ( we have a neighborhood playground). -nap time (usually by 12:30-1 p.m. if they don't it's totally okay!). -Lunch. *Snacks throughout the day & water/juice*
