We have an almost 2 1/2-year-old little girl. I am a nurse that works 12 hour shifts and work some weekends.. my partner owns a restaurant and the hours could differ based on what he needs to do.. we would sometimes need someone to pick up our daughter from school during the week and stay with her until I get home at 8 p.m. and weekend times could vary.
