ISO Overnight And Weekend "on Call" Babysitter For 4 Awesome Girls

Hello, my husband and I are both veterinarians. We are in search of someone who can be on-call over night (5 p.m. to 6am) and on weekends when we have emergencies for our work. We will pay for the nights on-call even if you don't come in, and more for when you do come in. Expected number of emergencies for us per month is 6-8. Someone who can also work for 2-3 hours most Saturdays would also be tremendously helpful. Our girls are awesome and don't require much expect the youngest who is 1. Thank you!
