Nanny Needed For My Children In Phoenix.

I am expecting and don't have any children yet. Our first, a baby girl, is due at the end of January 2025. I do not have any family nearby, and my husband runs his own business so he can't take much time off of work once baby arrives. I just want help about 6-8 hours a day, three days a week, so that I can get things done around the house/run errands. I also run my own small business with very flexible hours/work from home, so I want to be able to dedicate some of the time a helper is at our house to working! Schedule may change as I get more used to the flow of having a newborn. ***Passport and willingess/availablity to travel is a big plus - my sister is getting married in Aruba in April and we will be bringing the baby and need a caregiver to come too as the whole family, including us parents, are in the wedding!
