Looking for a nanny 15-16 days a month ( including two weekends a month). Need some who can be at our house by 7:30-8 a.m. and stay till one of the parents returns home 5 p.m. Needs someone who can promote independent play, be attentive to LO needs at same time, able to prepare meals and fix snacks.
