We're a loving, professional family seeking a reliable, nurturing nanny for part-time care for our 2-year-old daughter during my wife's maternity leave (Aug-Nov 2025), with potential for a full-time role starting in November. This position suits someone interested in part-time work now, as we transition from our current nanny, who is expecting and relocating in August. Additional date-night shifts on Fridays/Saturdays are possible. Responsibilities: structured daily schedule, meals/snacks, diaper changes, nap time (12:30 pm), light tidying. Mom works remotely as a University of Arizona researcher and is due in August; Dad is an engineer and commutes to Phoenix. We have an elderly cat - no pet care required.
