Nanny Needed For A Busy Baby

I'm looking for a nanny for my 1-year-old little boy. He is a rather active and smart baby who likes to stay busy with different activities while he's awake. He will take 1-2 naps per day still and will contact nap or nap in his bed quite well. This position is for two days a week, 8 hours per day. Start and end times have some flexibility. We will need someone on a long term, consistent basis, for the two days a week that I am in the office. My husband is working from home but is working in his home office from 8 a.m. to 4pm, mostly attending virtual meetings. Other information about our household - we have two dogs. One large lab mix breed and a corgi. Our lab is a bit of a handful and can have quite a bit of energy, so we need someone comfortable with dogs.
