Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Mesa.

I am looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Mesa. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. I would prefer a babysitter who has their own car and who is comfortable with pets. And understands that this is a job and you just can't flake on me when you don't want to come to work. This affects me financially and it affects my kids and I have a responsibility to my job and to my kids. So I need somebody that will be here on time and stick this out with me and make it a permanent job
