Looking for someone that is flexible but can still be consistent. I know that's a hard ask. My husband travels for work, so when he's gone, I need someone a full day but when he's home you can usually cut out early. Typically, I work at the hospital every other Fri. Typical hour for that is 7:30-6 (when my husband is gone) and then I go into our business on Mondays when needed. I can adjust those hours. Every once and a while I pick up extra days at the hospital when ppl is on vacation or if I need to cover a shift at our business if it's desperate.
