Nanny/Mother's Helper For An Energetic Baby

Seeking long-term support from someone with infant experience, passionate about child and family development, who can assist with cooking and cleaning, and has a vehicle for occasional errands. We have a happy, high spirited 10 m/o. We respond to his needs as soon as we can understand what he's asking for, we let him set his pace, we are very present with him every day. We prefer not to use screens; he enjoys music, singing, reading, instrument toys, LOTS of practicing walking while holding hands, and being outside. I will be at home most of the time while you're here. We practice a nurturing, responsive, Montessori style approach. I co sleep with him most of the time and he breastfeeds but also eats solids.
