3-day/wk Nanny Needed For 3 In Mesa (long-term Position Possible)

I'm looking for a great nanny for 3 children (ages 6, 6, and 4). We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. The children LOVE crafts and creative activities, so having an interest and patience in that area is a major advantage. Our home and children are infused with Christian values, and we are looking for someone to not only tolerate, but foster that culture. We want to keep the relationship between the children and the caregiver fun and positive, so the disciplining can be left to us, their parents We need help 3-days per week from 8:15 a.m. to 2:30/3:00 p.m. Starting in January, our plan is to homeschool three days each week with two days being their "off" days to play and have fun while I am at work. You would watch them on their off days and assist with our youngest on one of the HS days.
