My children are a little wild but they are do know when to play around and when to stop messing around. I usually work night but on my days off I usually take the kids to the outside somewhere whether it's just for a walk or to the park. I make dinner around 630 / 7 and then my during the week the kids are in bed by 9 Friday I let my oldest stay up 1030. My kids love any activity actually.. they will color, play with toys , or anything that involves moving around.
