Nanny Needed For 3 Children In Mesa

I'm looking for a great nanny for 3 children (ages 6, 6, and 4). We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. The children LOVE crafts and creative activities, so having an interest and patience in that area is a major advantage. Our home and children are infused with Christian values, and we are looking for someone to not only tolerate, but foster that culture. We want to keep the relationship between the children and the caregiver fun and positive, so the disciplining can be left to us, their parents :) We need help on Mondays and Fridays from 8:15 a.m. to 2:30/3:00 p.m. Starting in January, our plan is to homeschool T, W, Th, with Mondays and Fridays being their "off" days to play and have fun while I am at work.
