About the job
We would like to have a sitter that we can call on when needed. Our schedules are ever changing and sometime we have things going on at the same time and need help with the kids. Flexibility is a must, and we are looking to find someone who can mesh well with our family for the long term and eventually take on bigger rolls as our kids get older. We love family time and being active! Being present and in the moment is very important to us. Our kids love imaginary play and being outdoors! They are rarely ever sitting still but will if it's for arts and crafts! Our kids need help with patience and sharing, because they're so close in age they struggle with turn taking! Our oldest and middle would need assistance with school work and learning
