Hello, I have a 3 y/o daughter and a 5 y/o son. I'm looking for a caregiver on the days I work (Friday-Sunday, 12 hr shifts) I need someone who is comfortable with working with a verbally challenged autistic child. What I'm looking for: Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities for both children. Preparing and assisting with meals and snacks. Assisting with potty training for my son Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. Patience and understanding of sensory sensitivities, communication challenges, and potential behavioral concerns. Creating a calm and predictable routine. Willing to use a communication board. Things my children love to do: Puzzles Painting Doing crafts Playing with toys Jumping on the trampoline Going on walks
