Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Goodyear

Need help with baby care throughout the day and home tasks depending on how day flows or if I'm breast feeding / pumping. Husband is WFH but in a very busy job and Mama is up all night with a baby that struggles to sleep. Looking for someone whose nature is peaceful, they bring good energy, are experienced with a more active/needy baby in a home that doesn't put them in front of a TV. We have a calm home with one 4-month-old boy, and 1 cat. Looking for someone who can help Mama and baby feel better through day whether it's through bottle feeding, diaper changes, reasonable house tasks, play time with baby, etc. Bonus points to those that are self-starters and can read a situation and help on the fly.
