About the job
We have three young children and we are homeschooling our oldest for Kindergarten. We need occasional support so mom can get some needed time for errands and self care. We have used a Montessori approach to education and discipline and are looking for a caregiver who can help the children navigate sibling conflict in a creative, respectful, solutions focused way. I am also looking for someone with lots of energy to keep up with the children and who can provide suggestions of activities when the children need some guidance. They can at times be very self directed, and have fun playing imaginatively, but I like to always have other options ready in case of the need for redirection. Flexible on the days and times. 1-4 days per week for a few hours each day, primarily need afternoon support.
