Nanny Needed For 2 Amazing Kids In Gilbert

We need a babysitter for our 2 children in Gilbert. And we're looking now! We need help 2-3 days a week (Tues/Weds/Thrs/Fri) starting at 11 a.m. til between 4 and 6 p.m. We are flexible and can make things work as long as we have reliable help on the planned days/times week to week! We have a dog, so must be comfortable with pets. Sometimes there will be a parent home working during the day, other times not. My son gets out of preschool at 11:15 and my daughter gets out of school at 2:45, so only half of the afternoon will be 2 kids. They love to play outside, do crafts, swim when the whether is better, etc. We have a park around the corner too. We are looking for a sitter to be active and limit screen time. We've had an incredible nanny for 4 yrs but her college schedule has limited her ability to help outside of Mondays. Thanks!
