My wife and I had our first child, recently and she came a bit early at 36 weeks weighing 5 pounds 1 ounce. My wife and I would love an experienced caretaker with newborns just to help with the changing, feeding, burping, and monitoring during sleep. I unfortunately am not able to take time off of work so ideally I'd like to get enough sleep to keep doing well at my job. Unfortunately, my wife and I don't have permanent family nearby to help out.
