Nanny Needed For My Children In Gilbert.

We are looking for care for our three kiddos in our home a couple times per week. Schedule may vary week to week, but generally it would be one afternoon and one evening with potential for a bit more weekly as well. We are looking for someone who likes to play with the kids - do crafts, play outside (when weather permits), and engage them in different activities. We want someone who will build a strong relationship with them and understands that children sometime have big feelings. We are looking for someone who will align with our family's goal of supporting them with strong boundaries, but calm and warm responses. Our kiddos are very outgoing, silly, love to read, pretend play, and do anything crafting or active. They also love baking and playing outside.
