Seeking Weekend Caregiver For 1 Awesome Kid In Gilbert!

Looking for a fun weekend caregiver/respite to hang out with an awesome 11yo in Gilbert . She loves swinging, swimming, hanging at the house, parks, etc... Perfect fit would have great energy, very active (to push her, jump & swim with her), cater to her needs, be a great driver, and willing to assist parents as needed. Would love to setup a recurring schedule, anywhere from 4 - 12 hrs per weekend. We will pay $20+DOE per hour, with potential to increase hours if all is working well. Will ask you to register as a respite provider, however the process is fast & easy. Experience with Autism a plus, but not required. Role would start by working side by side with parents to build a bond with our daughter before ever taking her on solo outings, training is absolutely provided.
