Night Nanny For Adorable Newborn

We are looking for an overnight nanny to help us get through the next couple months. Our baby boy was premature and is now 12 weeks old (4 weeks old adjusted). We need to begin going back to work and need a more predictable nighttime schedule. We're flexible on hours but we're thinking 10pm-7am, 4-5 nights a week. D is a pretty good nighttime sleeper, but still wakes up to eat 2-3 times a night and needs to be comforted from time to time. He is colicky, but most symptoms are gone by 7 p.m. or so and nights are relatively easy. Bring a book, you'll have plenty of time to read! We have two dogs and a cat, so you need to be comfortable with animals. We also have an adorable 2-year-old daughter, but she sleeps though the night so you wouldn't see her much.
