Nanny/sitter For Scheduled Date Nights

I have 2 amazing boys! N (5) and G (6mon). We're looking for someone energetic and fun to hang with them for date nights!! We like to have 2 date nights a month (3:30-8, on a Friday usually) and 2 date days a month (9a-8pm) scheduled. Plus the ability to schedule more if things come up! At first, we're mainly looking for help with our older boy and as time goes we'll slowly work in the younger one (he's nursing and isn't stoked on bottles yet) Our amazing nanny has graduated NAU and we're looking for someone to fill her shoes! I really would love someone who wants to get outside (this is the biggest thing), play and do the occasional crafts when weather is less than ideal! Someone who has endless energy and silliness!
