Looking For A Nanny For Our Sweet, Smiley 7 Month Old Son!

Looking for a nanny to help me in the mornings 3 days a week! I work from home full time and am just needing a little help for a few hours a day, a few days a week. Primary duties would include playing/interacting with my 7-month-old son, diaper changes, bottle feeding, and helping with nap time. We do have 3 medium/large dogs in the home, so a dog-friendly person is definitely a must Our son is very talkative and loves to play. He's not a big cuddler, he'd much rather be rolling/ army crawling around in his room or his play pen. We have not sleep trained our son, so looking for someone with a patient and caring demeanor to assist with falling/staying asleep for nap time. We do have a driveway and live in a generally well-plowed neighborhood. We would love to have someone that's comfortable driving in weather/snow.
