Nanny Needed For 1 Child In El Mirage

My work day ends 5:30pm-5:45 p.m. at the latest & it takes me 10-15 mins to get home depending on traffic. My husband's work day ends around 4 p.m. & it takes him. 15-20 mins to get home depending on traffic as well. G is very easy going he's just like every baby when he's hungry he'll tell you & he's eating 4-6 we usually make 6oz bottles & let him eat what he's hungry for. He will fight nap time if he doesn't think he's tired very FOMO. But a binky, swaddle & white noise he's out in 5 mins or less. He sleeps anywhere from 30mins to 2 hours every 3-4 hours. My mother in law watches him until 1 p.m. she will drop him off at my house to be watched & whoever gets off first will come straight home to relieve you. We can pay weekly or daily depending on what you prefer. You're welcome to any food or drinks in the house.
