Our baby is only about 2-month-old and we would like to start out with part time to see if it is a good fit and if so progress to a full time position. I work 9 80s meaning every other week I have 1 day off in the week that care might not be needed and 1 day where it is an 8 hour day. I will typically need care 9 hours a day when I am back at work and hours will be from 630-4 p.m. and will have to mirror my work schedule. We believe in the Montessori method and would like our caregiver to play, talk, feed, and care for our baby during wake times and tidy up, clean, and prepare the babys items and needed things during sleep time. We also implement no screen time and would love someone who can help us with our little family and be flexible with our schedules. It is also important caregiver can still give help if our baby is sick.
