Part Time Nanny For Two Sweet And Fun Loving Boys!

We are a warm and welcoming family looking for a responsible, caring, and proactive nanny to help with our two boys, ages 10 and 12. The ideal candidate will be someone who is nurturing, reliable, and able to strike a balance between providing structure and having fun. We are seeking someone who is comfortable with school pickups, household tasks, and who can engage with our kids in a positive, educational manner. Both of us have small businesses in art/music & engineering where we work for ourselves, are creative & love to have a good time! Responsibilities: - School Pickups: Pick up both children from school each day and bring them home. - Therapy Support: Be present during therapy sessions for our older son (who has nonverbal autism). The therapy mostly takes place at home, and your role will be to assist with transitions and provide a calm, supportive environment. - Housekeeping: Light household tasks, including meal prep, tidying up, and keeping the kids' spaces organized. - Engagement & Education: Help the children with homework, assist with playtime, and encourage educational activities. Ensure the kids follow house rules while making sure they enjoy their time with you. - General Support: Assist with errands as needed and other miscellaneous household tasks. Qualifications: - Experience working with school age children. - Experience with special needs is preferred but not required. Our 12 yr old is quite easy to manage so if you don't have experience with autism, it's not that big of a deal! Just be open to learning! - Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. - Ability to create a structured environment while being fun and engaging. - Ability to lay down rules with kindness and consistency. - CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain). - A positive, patient, and caring demeanor. Schedule: - Tuesday through Thursday **afternoon hours** (approximately 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 PM). - Saturday - 9 a.m. -12 p.m. (can be modified) - Flexibility to work additional hours on occasion is available.
