Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Chandler

My schedule is very crazy. I am 22 years old with my 4-month-old little boy L. I usually have about 15 meetings a week and need someone to keep an eye on my son while I'm in meetings (I work from home). I would be home while he's being watched and there to help/ check in occasionally. I would mainly need help on Thursdays and Fridays as this is the time my fiancé is at work and can't help out. There won't be a weekly regular schedule for this but just someone reliable we can count on to help us out when needed. This is my first baby, so I am super cautious who I have around him. I think a person with good values and someone who loves children would be a great fit!
