Nanny Needed For My 2 Year Old In Chandler

Looking for a consistent nanny for my 2-year-old daughter. I generally need someone who can "see a need, meet a need" and kind of act like I'm not here even if I am :) Someone who is confident and capable of watching two kiddos (2, 8) on some days. I'm looking for someone that can not only oversee the children, but also while you're here if you see something that is an easy task that needs to be done, you are comfortable enough to take care of that. For example, folding clean laundry from the dryer, or putting dishes into the dishwasher, tidying up the kids toys, etc. Kind of like you take care of the kids and house like your own! Another big item is seeing "fun" in coming up with fun, structured activities based on the kids' ages (going to the park, playing board games), and not just leave them in front of the tablet.
