Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Chandler.

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Chandler. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who is CPR and First Aid certified. I am a stay at home mom with seven children. I am very busy and need help with my youngest while I get certain things done around the home. Three out of my seven children have autism. Although I am seeking someone to help with my youngest child, It's important that this person is comfortable around children with autism. My home can be loud at times and I need someone who can fit right in and who will feel comfortable with unpredictable behaviors that can sometimes come from certain special needs people. I would love for this person to have experience with autism and if not be willing to at least learn about autism.
