My 9-month-old usually eats a 7oz bottle when he wakes up. Then I will let him play for a bit, I will offer him baby food probably an hour later. Offer a nap, he fights his sleep bad. He eats a bottle every 3 hours, all 7 oz. He stays in the floor, scoots and gets into everything.
