Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Trumann

I work 8-5 Monday through Friday. My husband works for a crop flying service and works 7 days a week 4am-9 p.m. March through November every year. I am needing someone to watch our son while I work. He has an alpha 1 Antitrypsin deficiency which means his liver doesn't create enough of the protein to protect his lungs fully. He's a normal baby other than that. We've had no issues so far with that and usually they don't form any issues until they're older. He requires so special diet or medicine at this time. He sees a liver specialist every 6 months. And she said to just contact the children's hospital if he experiences any problems.
