Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Siloam Springs, Very Flexible Hours

We will move to Siloam Springs on September 17th. Our older son (3) will be in school for 3 or 4 half days a week. Our younger one (1) will be at home. We are very flexible on which days we have help, but were hoping for about 3 days a week. It could be something like 9-5 or 11-7 if full days are best. If half days are best we could do that, too. The boys typically nap or rest from 1-3 each day. So Im hoping for help around the house with dishes, laundry, meal prep, etc while theyre napping. Well be trying to get settled in after the move and then once things are settled I hope to use that time to either work or run errands. My husband and I both work from home, which allows us a ton of flexibility, but we need the boys distracted sometimes so we can actually get some work done!
