I'm looking for a caring, compassionate , reliable nanny to help with after school care for my 2 kids ( 9 and a 12 yo) Responsibility includes light house chores, snack prep, and fun activities until we get home. Experience with Autism : Our 12 yo is on the Autism Spectrum, so we require someone compassionate with specific experience and understanding in supporting children with Autism Background Check : Willingness to undergo a background check References: Provide at least 2 references from previous childcare positions, preferably where experience with special needs was required. Pay is $15 -$18 depending on experience Specialized Support: Utilize strategies and Interventions that supports our 12 yo son 's unique needs, fostering a positive and understanding environment .
